• Complimentary Concierge Service available for guests, including Airport Transfers, Ski Lift Tickets, Ski Lessons, Ski Gear Rental, Non-Ski Activities, Food Packages, Car Hire, In-Accommodation Catering and Restaurant Reservations with our Concierge team.
• Complimentary arrival and departure transfer service between the Hirafu Welcome Center or Kutchan train station and your accommodation. Guests transfer details (bus company and number, number of passengers and estimated arrival/departure time) must be furnished to our Concierge team at least 2 weeks prior to arrival date and may be subject to availability. This service is available from the 01 Dec 2023 to 30 April 2024, between 7 AM and 8 PM.

• Children 6 years old and below can stay for free on existing bedding but count towards maximum occupancy.
• Baby cot/crib is available at JPY 5,000 per stay (subject to capacity of property). High chair is complimentary subject to availability. Advance booking is required due to limited stock.
• Maximum occupancy of 7 guests including 1 extra person allowed. Extra charge of JPY 5,000 per night applies.

Check-in: 4 PM

• In compliance with Japanese Hotel Law, a copy of each guests passports will be taken at check-in.
• Valid credit card details including security code are required at check-in as a security deposit.

Check-out: 10 AM

• All luggage and personal belongings must be removed from rooms occupied by guests at the time of check-out. If guests need to store luggage after 10 AM, this can be arranged with the team.
• Where a late check-out has not been confirmed in writing and the accommodation is not vacated by 10 AM, a late check-out fee of JPY 20,000 for each hour or part thereof that the property is occupied will be charged to guest credit card.
• We reserve the right to enforce vacation of the property any time after the check-out time.
• Early check-in cannot be guaranteed in advance, and late check-out requests can be confirmed the evening prior to the guest’s departure.
