Guests transfer details (bus company and number, number of passengers and estimated arrival/departure time) must be furnished to our Concierge team at least 2 weeks prior to arrival date and may be subject to availability.

• Rates shown is for maximum occupancy of 18 persons. No extra person/bed allowed.
• Child 6 years and below can stay for free in existing bedding.
• Baby cot is available at JPY 10,000 per stay. 1 high chair is free of charge upon request. Advance booking is required and may be subject to availability. If additional high chair is required, a charge of JPY 10,000 per chair applies.

• A complimentary cleaning service will be provided for stays that are more than 3 nights.
• Additional cleaning can also be requested at additional cost.

Check-in: 3 PM

• Guests must provide a credit card authorisation or imprint upon check-in. This authorisation may be used to cover incidental items including but not limited to telephone charges, security bond or deposit for any breakages or damage incurred during the stay or cleaning charges in excess of the normal level of cleaning. Where a credit card is not available, a minimum JPY 50,000 deposit will be required on check-in.
• Early check-in is subject to availability based on occupancy levels for the day and needs to be requested and approved by Management in advance. Extra fee will be charged with the following amount based on the daily rate of check-in date: 12pm~ 30% on the daily rate of check-in date; 1pm~ 20% on the daily rate of check-in date; 2pm~ 10% on the daily rate of check-in date.

Check-out: 10 AM

• A late check-out fee of JPY 10,000 will be charged for each hour (amount payable by the hour only) thereafter, if the Property is not vacated by 10 am.
• Late check-out is subject to availability based on occupancy levels for the day and needs to be requested and approved by Management in advance. Extra fee will be charged with the following amount based on the daily rate of check-out date: Up to 11am 10% of the daily rate of check-out date; Up to 12pm 20% of the daily rate of check-out date; Up to 1pm 30% of the daily rate of check-out date; After 2pm 100% of the daily rate.
