HakuVillas Full Floor Villa

• Children 6 years old and below can stay for free on existing bedding but count towards maximum occupancy.
• Complimentary baby cot/baby high chair per booking will be provided free of charge (subject to capacity of property). Advance booking is required due to limited stock.
• Maximum of 10 persons allowed for the HakuVillas Full Floor Villa.

Check-in: 4 PM

• In compliance with Japanese Hotel Law, a copy of each guests passports will be taken at check-in.
• Valid credit card details including security code are required at check-in as a security deposit.

Check-out: 10 AM

• All luggage and personal belongings must be removed from rooms occupied by guests at the time of check-out. If guests need to store luggage after 10 AM, this can be arranged with the team.
• Where a late check-out has not been confirmed in writing and the accommodation is not vacated by 10 AM, a late check-out fee of JPY 20,000 for each hour or part thereof that the property is occupied will be charged to guest credit card.
• We reserve the right to enforce vacation of the property any time after the check-out time.
