 Opening in December 2016, Haven Niseko is an exceptional luxury boutique chalet–hotel positioned spectacularly and located conveniently in Middle-Lower Hirafu. With studio suites, 2-bedroom and 4-bedroom apartments, as well as two exclusive 5-bedroom penthouses, this is 5-star alpine living at its best. We love the spacious living and dining rooms, which enjoy floor-to-ceiling panoramic views of Mt. Yotei and Grand Hirafu ski runs. Designed by starchitect Riccardo Tossani, the building itself is impressive to look at – recalling the inspiration of its backdrop of silver birch forest surroundings, creating architecture of expansive glassed-in rooms bookended by massive striated walls and solid, projecting volumes over protected, indented terraces, all while mirroring the crystalline alpine character of Niseko’s mountain geology and climate.

• Personalised Concierge Service: Available from 8am-11am, to assist guests with any enquiries and to aid with check-outs and ski valet. The Concierge is available by phone during standard business hours.
• Free Public Shuttle Bus Service: Hirafu shuttle bus stops are available just a few metres from the building. Use the Hirafu shuttle bus service to get around the village and to Hanazono.
• Bedrooms: The 3-bed + Bunk Room [#201B] has 2 keys as it’s a combination of 2 units: 2-bed + Bunk Room [#201A] and the Studio Room [#202]. The 4-bed + Bunk Room [#201] has 3 keys as it’s a combination of 3 units: 2-bed + Bunk Room [#201A], Studio Room [#202] and Studio Suite [#203].
• Other Facilities: There is a gas fireplace in the 2-bed, 3-bed and 4-bed units.
• Ski Concierge Service: Lessons for all levels and ages available throughout the ski season and can be pre-booked prior to arrival. Group lesson, kids ski school, private lessons, lift passes, ski/snowboard rentals, guided tours and other winter/summer activities are available.
• Driving in Niseko: If you wish to rent a car and drive to Niseko, please note that driving in winter is not recommended for those who have no experience with driving in extreme winter conditions. Japan only recognises International Driving Permits which are based on the Geneva Convention of 1949. Failure to produce the international driving permit at the time of rental may result in cancellation of rental with no refund.

• For security reasons, a copy of passport and credit card details are required upon check-in as security deposit for the accommodation.

Check-out: 10AM

• All luggage and personal belongings must be removed from rooms by check-out time.
• JPY 10,000 will be charged to guest for each hour or part thereof that the accommodation is occupied past the check-out time.
