• Guest must accept responsibility for loss and damage to the accommodation, fittings, furnishings, keys and chattel during occupation. In the case of any such loss or damages occurring, guest’s credit card will be charged.
• No smoking is allowed in the property. If anyone in the group has smoked in the properties, they will be charged for additional cleaning/de-odorising, and any costs incurred to move next guests affected by remaining odor. If guests continue to smoke in the accommodation after being asked to stop they may be evicted from the accommodation without refund.
• No pets are permitted in the accommodation, either inside, outside or remaining in vehicles parked at the accommodation.
• Accommodation is to be left tidy and in good condition (including all rubbish placed in bins provided, washing up of used dishes and/or stacking of dishwasher). A fee will be charged if additional cleaning is required.
• Guests causing noise and disturbance or discomfort to other guests or accommodation hosts may risk removal from the premises. If such a situation should arise, normal cancellation policy will apply with no refunds payable.
